Welcome to MetroCom AU Pty Ltd (“MetroCom”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with the MetroCom website (metrocom.com.au) and the purchase of refurbished laptops and new computer parts from MetroCom (“Service”). By accessing or using our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service or purchase products from us.

2.21 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. If we cancel an order, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.
