Returns and Refunds

Return Policy and Guidelines:

We stand by our products and offer a 7-day return policy, giving you 7 dayss from the receipt of your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original, unused condition and be appropriately packaged for secure transit. Prior to returning, ensure that your personal information is reset or removed. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Initiating a return is easy – contact us first at to begin the process. Upon acceptance of your return request, we’ll furnish you with detailed instructions on how and where to send back your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Please note that return postage costs are borne by the buyer, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any issues or damage with your order should be reported immediately upon receipt. Should your item be defective, damaged, or incorrectly received, kindly contact us right away for prompt resolution.

Certain items may fall under exceptions and are non-returnable. While we cannot accept returns for sale items, rest assured that we will strive to address unique situations in a positive manner.

For exchanges, the most efficient route is to initiate a return for the current item and separately purchase the desired replacement.

Refunds are processed promptly upon receiving and inspecting your return. Once approved, you can expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may introduce additional time.

For all orders shipped to our customers, we select signature on delivery for safety purposes. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be taken to the local post office.
